Senior legal practitioner with over 35 years of experience in Indonesian and international law, with specialist expertise in oil and gas, energy, foreign investment, and complex cross-border commercial transactions. Formerly Vice President & General Counsel of PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia, Special Advisor Upstream at Chevron U.S.A. Inc, Officer (Vice President) of several Chevron companies in Indonesia and the Philippines (2005 – 2017), and Director of PT MCTN (a Chevron Texaco company producing power) (2018–2019).

Holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan Fellows.

Broad experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, Production Sharing Contracts (PSC), regulatory compliance, and the drafting and review of diverse complex commercial agreements.
